Medi-Cal Managed Care Provider Advocacy
If you or a client have had attempted to resolve an issue with a health care provider without success, a complaint form can be submitted to CenCal Health, the Medi-Cal managed care provider, at: https://www.cencalhealth.org/members/file-complaint/ or you can call Member Services at (877) 814-1861.
Keep in mind that CenCal plans do not include dental or specialty mental health. CenCal can also be contacted for customer service questions at: https://www.cencalhealth.org/contact-us/ Community Health Centers of the Central Coast provides many Medi-Cal medical services and will take your calls directly, https://www.communityhealthcenters.org/about/contact-us/ If the issue cannot be resolved locally:
