If you or a client have had attempted to resolve an issue with a health care provider without success, a complaint form can be submitted to CenCal Health, the Medi-Cal managed care provider, at: cencalhealth.org/members/file-complaint or you can call Member Services at (877) 814-1861.
CenCal Health can also be contacted for customer service questions at: cencalhealth.org/contact-us Keep in mind that CenCal Health plans do not include dental or specialty mental health. If the issue cannot be resolved locally:
