Medi-Cal Managed Care Provider Advocacy
If you or a client have had attempted to resolve an issue with a health care provider without success, a complaint form can be submitted to CenCal Health, the Medi-Cal managed care provider, at: https://www.cencalhealth.org/members/file-complaint/ or you can call Member Services at (877) 814-1861.
Keep in mind that CenCal plans do not include dental or specialty mental health. CenCal can also be contacted for customer service questions at: https://www.cencalhealth.org/contact-us/ For issues with the "mild to moderate mental health services" provided by CenCal Health through the Holman Group, first contact the Holman Group at (800) 321-2843. If the issue is not resolved, contact CenCal Health Member Services via an online complaint form or by calling (877) 814-1861. Community Health Centers of the Central Coast provides many Medi-Cal medical services and will take your calls directly, http://www.communityhealthcenters.org/en/contact-us.html If the issue cannot be resolved locally:
